Shipping And Freight Delivery

Every HVAC system ships free from our Melbourne, Florida warehouse. Small parts ship by ground carrier. Whole systems, condensers, air handlers, and mini splits ship on a freight pallet with a liftgate truck.

A liftgate truck has a hydraulic platform on the back. The driver lowers your unit to the curb or the end of your driveway. You do not need help unloading. The driver is not required to bring the pallet inside, up steps, or into a garage.

Freight moves in 24 to 48 hours from our dock. Most Florida homes see delivery in 3 to 5 business days. The freight company will call to schedule a delivery window. Someone 18 or older must be there to sign.

Once the truck is on the way, you get tracking by email. If you need a different delivery day, call the freight company or call us at 321-213-8515 and we will move it for you.
